What Is the Christmas in the Stars: Star Wars Christmas Album?
The Christmas in the Stars: Star Wars Christmas Album is a 1980 album produced by Meco Monardo. The songs were written by composer-lyricist Maury Yeston from a concept by George Lucas.
Reprising his role as C-3PO, Anthony Daniels serves as the narrator, singing several songs. Yeston also provides vocals for several songs, with Ben Burtt doing sound effects for Chewbacca and R2-D2.
Credited under his birth name John Bongiovi, it also features Jon Bon Jovi’s first professional recording. At that time, the young Bon Jovi worked for his cousin, Tony Bongiovi, at the Power Station recording studio in New York City.
