Vote for each quote on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 is the least iconic\, while 10 is the most iconic. All the votes for each quote are added up to determine the initial seed for the bracket. \nFor example\, 12 people vote for “may the Force be with you\,” with it receiving the following scores: 10\, 8\, 7\, 4\, 9\, 10\, 8\, 8\, 7\, 10\, 9\, and 6. Similarly\, the same 12 people also vote for “it’s a trap\,” giving it these scores: 8\, 7\, 9\, 10\, 7\, 6\, 8\, 5\, 9\, 8\, 6\, and 7. \nAfter adding up the votes for each quote\, “may the Force be with you” has a score of 96\, while “it’s a trap” only has a score of 90. As such\, “may the Force be with you” appears higher in the seed that “it’s a trap.” By higher\, we mean closer to number 1. \nIf two quotes end up with a tie score\, our admin and moderation team will cast tie breaking votes. \nFor the top 32 quotes\, the highest-ranked quote goes head to head with the lowest-ranked quote. The second highest goes against the the second lowest and so on.
